EcoMeter S- E Sensorix
The EcoMeter S is clear about what it targets. It is applied in wastewater tanks and cisterns and has many options for adjustments . The device is built well, and comes with useful combinations like a sensor plus a wireless module and a remote display. It follows the time of flight principle, like all ultrasonic level sensors, and it comes with some nice specs.
The display contains all the required information you may need. It is easy to set up, install, and maintain. It has a maximum measurable capacity of 19,999 liters, an intelligent algorithm setup sensitive to minute level changes, and a communication range of 500 ft.
Additionally, it has a cold-weather warning, battery status alarm, and a low-level warning. Proteus has managed to sum it up so compactly that the device stand out from the rest!
EcoCloud- E Sensorix
The EcoCloud enters the field with some brilliant specs and, most importantly, a venture with the IoT platform. It does this by syncing with the data server via GSM platform and transmitting live data every 24 hours. A web portal called the Web App displays all the information, and you can access everything using your smartphone.
The level sensor comes pre-configured by Proteus for your uses, along with a SIM card. This sensor generates historical measurement data and displays it graphically when needed. On the whole, the EcoCloud is an excellent addition to the IoT platform. Proteus offers an easy-to-install device applicable to most liquids at an accuracy of ± 10 mm.

The Micropilot FMR10 is one of the first radars with a Bluetooth app. The SmartBlue app requires some information such as tank capacity, water level, and fill level to configure itself to your tank. Consequently, the real-time process information and diagnostics are at hand when you need them. Mapping of real-time data is done and displayed in the form of a video. The device has an accuracy of ± 5 mm for a process temperature of -40°C to 60°C.
The device comes with a 2-wire (4-20 mA) communication output and a wide variety of process connections, including G threads and NPT threads. Additionally, approvals from CSA and a flooding protection tube add to its list of advantages.
Additionally, it also offers data protection through passwords and encryptions. The device doesn’t have a display, so there isn’t much to say about that. On the whole, the FMR10 is a suitable replacement for an ultrasonic device!
VEGAPULS WL 61- VEGA
There isn’t much difference between the FMR10 and the WL 61 in regards to the device offerings. It is Bluetooth enabled and uses an app called the Vegatools. Using this, we can learn more about the device features and working conditions. The VEGAPULS WL 61 comes with a process pressure of -1 to 2 bars and a process temperature of -40°C to 80°C.
It can be applied to PROFIBUS PA, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, and 2-wire 4-20 mA HART protocols as necessary output, with threaded and flanged process connections for use.
It has a measuring range of 15 meters. Moreover, it comes with a degree of protection of IP68. If you are on a budget, but require an ideal sensor, the WL 61 is a great option.
