The innovative B+B Type K immersion probe measures temperatures from -200 °C up to 1100 °C and features a rapid response time. The immersion probe is suitable for applications in fluid, gaseous or semi-solid media (e.g. granulate).

how accurate is this sensor? is it to 0.01 degrees accurate? (1 answer)

Dear Peter, the accuracy of a thermocouple type K is defined as +-1.5°C. The best accuracy of standard temperature sensors is offered by PT100 type AA. Their accuracy is defined around +-0.1°C. An example would be our TST310. If you need further help regarding your application, feel free to contact our engineers.
