The Weidmüller VG M40 EXE 23-32 CR 7J polyamide cable glands are suitable for usage in explosion risk zones Ex e (increased safety) and Ex i (intrinsic safety). On account of the enhanced EN60079-0:2009 testing requirements, there is now a version update of the standard (EN60079-0:2012) available. The cable gland excels thanks to its increased impact resistance and a possible temperature range down to -60°C without restrictions. In addition they are ATEX and IECEx certified.
