Probably THUM with Rosemount 8712. You see, the wireless adapter THUM has more than one way to install on a field device, depending on whether the device has two wires or four.
With a four-wire device like the 8712, you also have four different ways you can install the THUM:
- passive without a resistor
- passive with a resistor
- active without a resistor
- active with a resistor

You also need to consider the wireless signal when setting up the THUM. For most networks, you should install it with the antenna pointing up. To do that, you may need an extra accessory, as you can see in the picture below:
