Of course I can show you how to do a Yokogawa AXR field zero adjust. First, you need to set up the pipe. Make sure it’s completely filled without flow. You need a valve before and after the meter to do this. You may even need a bypass, but you gotta do what you gotta do!
Once you have made the pipe completely filled without flow, then check the flow indication on the local display. The display should indicate zero flow. If not, then you need to do the zeroing adjustment. On the display, go through these menus:
Setting Mode > Adjustment > Auto Zero Exe > Execution > Done
Now the transmitter will do the zero adjustment. If you did the procedure correctly, then the meter will indicate zero flow. For more information, go to page 142 in the technical manual.
