At Visaya, we endeavour to help you find the right product for your industrial processes and applications. However, we understand that you may want to return products for different reasons.
If you’re a Visaya customer, you benefit from the right to return products within 30 days of receipt. We thought that keeping the EU Return Law for consumers as a 14-day return policy would not be enough for you to actually install, commission and apply the product for your application.
What should I do to return my product(s)?
To make a return, just send us an email to email@example.com informing the order number, the product(s), and the reason for returning the product(s). You will then receive an email with specific instructions to return the product(s).
Products sent without informing us will not be accepted as return.
Is there any requirement for the product(s) to be returned?
The product(s) you wish to return should be in resellable conditions, meaning that they are
- Not contaminated by any substance;
- and in their original packaging
Is there any cost for returning my product(s)?
If the product you ordered is a customised one, then please keep in mind that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in case of return. The shipping cost of returning the product(s) is at your charge.
When and how will I receive the refund for the returned product(s)?
Your money will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned product(s). The refund will be settled using the same payment method that you used to make your order.
