Yes, of course we can show you how to check the K-factor for Rosemount 8712. This one is very easy. On interface of the transmitter, you should find a button labeled “Tube Cal No.” Press that and, voila! It will show you the K-factor right away.

Now, if you want to access the configuration using a handheld, then use the following steps:

  • Device > Basic Setup > Calibration Number.

That should give you exactly the same figure as the Tube Cal No. button.
