Hey guys, I bought a new IFC 100 signal converter from Krohne and I am having trouble to find the technical manual on the website. Could you give me the right link to download?
The IFC 100 signal converter manual? I hear ya. I so hate finding manuals on some of these vendor sites. First, most of them suck when you try to use your phone or tablet to look a file up. Then when you switch to your desktop, you get deluged with too much information, taking way too long to find anything. No middle ground here!

But before I drop that link, let me introduce the class to your converter. (If you really need the link right now, then just scroll to the next header.) The IFC 100 converts signals for electromagnetic flow meters. It has plenty of features, and it can read OPTIFLUX and WATERFLUX sensors. You have one of those, right?
Anyway, the IFC 100 signal converter comes with the standard options for integration: analog, pulse, frequency, and status output. And for those of you who like yours digital, you can use HART, Modbus RS485, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS DP/PA.
The IFC 100 signal converter also supports sensors over a diameter range from DN2.5 to DN1200, and you can power it with 100-230 volts of alternating current (VAC) or 24 of direct (VDC). The website lists many possible applications, industry focuses, and application cases.
As with any electromagnetic flow meter, you need to install it carefully. That means it should have a minimum inlet and outlet run, a pipe filled with product, and an upward orientation. And that’s all for now, class. Let’s drop that IFC 100 signal converter link so our friend can fnd that manual.
