The flow meter from Yokogawa has a couple of programs in its Total Insight package called Total Health Check and Tube Health Check that can help. However, Yokogawa came in late on this run, because Emerson and Endress+Hauser both already offer similar diagnostics.
Right now we don’t have much info about the programs and the data they make available. Still, Yokogawa has a video to explain how they work and show how you can monitor the health of your device.
